First art class

I enrolled Hank in an art class that meets once a week for the next month.  We had our first class this week and I'd say it was a success.  Hank did two of the four projects, opted to run in the hallway for 15 minutes, then returned to class for music time.  The classroom is super tiny and a whole lot of people were in there so he kinda freaked for a couple of minutes after project number two and bolted for the door.  I didn't mind the break and once he had his run of the hallway we were good to go back in the class.  He got to paint, use glue, and sprinkle glitter for the first time.  He loved all of it.  His face lit up and he had such a big smile the whole time.  He also showed off his hokey pokey prowess during circle time and was happy to get in the middle of the circle to show everyone his skills.
