Ellie is 8 years old today. She enjoyed a day at the spa this morning and has been trying to take it easy today. All in all, I'd say she has had a great birthday. Hank has been practicing "gentle" petting although I did have to stop him from swiping her with the spatula he had been dragging around all afternoon. He doesn't quite realize that he is hitting things when he waves it around.
