Charlotte & Ruby turned one month old yesterday! Not much to report other than all they do is eat, sleep, and use up diapers non-stop. They are spending a little more time awake each day and we are working on trying to get them on some sort of nap schedule.
This month has gone by so fast yet so slow at the same time. Our days pretty much consist of feeding the girls, cleaning up after feeding, getting a short break, then feeding the girls again. Luckily we are starting to get a couple of hours in a row of sleep each night so we're feeling a
little more rested.
We are enjoying getting to know these two! I'm sure we'll have more milestones and fun stuff to share about the girls over the next month but this month was pretty chill - other than the whole getting two new kids thing. I should clarify - the girls have been chill. Life around the girls and this household has been anything but!! It's been a little nutso to be outnumbered by our kids.
I still have several posts in draft mode about our first few days with the girls including the hospital stay and when Henry met the girls but I need to find time to get them finished up. They'll be posted soon!
