March

March was fun. Hank turned three months old and this is what he was up to:

Hank learned to scream at the top of his lungs just for fun. Luckily he only uses this new skill at special times and not all the time.

He learned to rollover from his back to his tummy. He had been rolling over onto his side for a while but never did the complete roll until now. This was so cute and adorable for about three days. Then he woke up in the middle of the night screaming. I went in to find him in his swaddle on his tummy with his face in the mattress. Fabulous. Now I had to stop swaddling him. That led to two painful days of Hank learning to fall asleep without being swaddled.

No swaddling is kind of nice. I lay him down, he goes to sleep. But this also means Hank learned how to slither and inch his way all over the crib. Now he sticks his arms and legs out of the crib. I like to call it prison break every time I find him like this.
