Hank loves to read books. He's not big on variety - he tends to read the same ones each day. This large book is one of his regulars. We look at this one together several times a day.
He learned this squat move a few weeks ago. It's cute and it still makes me smile when I see him do it. He's so strong!
He's really getting in there close to check out all the pictures.
A few minutes later, he has one of his other favorites, called "Mommy Hugs". He had this book in his mouth for about two minutes, then I heard smacking and then I saw this:
The kid ate part of the book. This wasn't his normal just-scratch-the-surface-with-his-teeth kind of thing. He full on ate some of the paper. Is it bad that I wasn't too concerned about what he ingested and I was more upset that one of his favorite books is now really messed?

I laughed so hard at the book! So exciting to see him standing and squatting. What a big boy!!!!
Brooks loves that book in those top pics! IT's so funny how they love to look at pics of other babies and objects! He's soooo cute Angie! I can't believe he's almost 1!!!!! How did that happen?!
