If you find yourself at Target and your kiddo in the stroller needs immediate fun or else he is going to lose it...have the kiddo hold the toilet paper. It works like a dream. I got 15 more minutes of shopping out of this little trick.
And when you get home from Target, it is still fun.

...and when he is 16, give him the same pack of TP so he can TP his friend's houses at 1AM.
