Coming home

Before Hank came we made sure we went and got professional help to install the car seat so we'd be ready to bring Hank home from the hospital. This worked out pretty well for us except we didn't practice the instructions for putting a baby into the car seat. Oops!

After about 5 minutes we got it figured out and finally we were on our way home. Hank did not like being put into the car seat for the first time...

But after a few minutes he was asleep and enjoying his first car ride...

I sat in the back seat and Brett chauffeured us home. When we got home we were greeted by Grandma who couldn't wait to take over baby duty and let us go take a much needed nap!
